Customers should be responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address. Do not hesitate to contact us once you realize that your address is not correct. We will not be able to change it after your order has been processed or sent.

– The full name and shipping address of your PayPal account do not match the details you entered for this order. We have tried to contact you but we have not received your response within a reasonable period of time. For this reason, we may have canceled your order.

– One or more of the products contained in your order were sold out. If we do not receive a response from you within 5 days of your first contact, we will send you a refund for your purchase.

“Pending order” means that some products in your order are currently out of stock and you may have to wait for your new stock. In this situation, your order will be divided into suborder and we will first send the available items.

It depends on the value of the product or service. Above 30 USD, the products have the tracking number and some do not. The service does not have the tracking number.

We can cancel an order within 24 hours after the payment has been confirmed. It is still possible to cancel an order after 24 hours but only until when it has been mark as shipped or delivered.

For services, we will not be able to cancel any order after started working.
